How to take care of your António

Our products are built to last. They are ethically handcrafted with dedication and attention to detail.

SUSTAINABLE RAW MATERIAL

We chose to use vegetable tanned leather, a traditional, slow and chemical-free process that uses vegetable tannins to cure and preserve the leather. We also recently adopted Bio leather, whose tanning process is more modern but does not use metals or chromium, thus aligning with our vision of respect for the environment.

Genuine leather may have irregularities on its surface, such as spots, scars or marks, which we consider a sign of quality and authenticity.

This organic material is particularly sensitive in NATURAL COLOR. It is vulnerable to light and touch, as its surface is very pure. Over time, it tends to acquire darker tones, creating a unique patina and beautiful aging of the product.

After the beginning of its production, the color of this bag is constantly CHANGING.

INSTRUCTIONS / CARE TO TAKE WITH YOUR ANTÓNIO

  • Don't overload your suitcase.
  • Avoid rubbing and scraping.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Keep pets and sharp objects away from leather.
  • Do not place heaters close to the leather (less than 30cm).
  • Immediately remove any spilled liquid or food.
  • Avoid contact with oils, perfumes and creams.
  • Store your suitcase in a dry, clean place, ideally in the fabric bag that came with your suitcase.

We recommend using warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth to remove most common stains. Test on a small area before applying to the entire stain. Stubborn stains may require professional treatment.
